Planning & Scheduling

➤ Perform quantitative schedule risk analysis and forensic schedule analysis using software such as Deltek Acumen; and,
➤ Development of CPM-based Primavera P6 schedules, including cost and resource loading
Delay Claims Analysis
We are ahead in dealing with delays. We provide thorough and comprehensive analyses in record time. How? Well, for one, we know what we are doing having dealt with a number of claims already. And secondly, we have developed our own tool for an efficient and accurate EOT claims analysis.
