Planning & Scheduling

Project Management

MLR Project Management & Consultancy offers specialized services to supplement project management when circumstances necessitate so.  These services require expertise and advance skills in utilizing some of the most sophisticated tools to carry out quality and credible results. 

Among these specialized services are as follows:

  • Forensic Analysis – assessment of Primavera P6 schedule delays and the corresponding cost implications by impacted as-planned method, collapsed as-built or time-impact analysis depending contractual agreement between parties and/or available project documents.
  • Cost and Schedule Risk Analyses – identifying qualitative and quantitative risks, performing analyses using Deltek Acumen, developing mitigation plans and monitoring implemented risk responses.
  • Construction Animations – development of motion graphics using SketchUp to animate, for example, the construction sequence in support of the execution plan or to illustrate progress of works for better comprehension of the stakeholders.
  • Dashboard Build-up – development of an interactive and dynamic dashboards in MS Excel with VBA-code programming to provide comprehensive reports at project and/or portfolio level and that can be updated expeditiously.
