Behind MLR Project Management is the owner Marty Fuentes who has more than 15 years of professional experience managing projects, particularly, the planning and scheduling aspect of it.

He has a degree in civil engineering and expected to complete the dual Master of Engineering Management Master of Business Administration from University of Technology Sydney in 2023.
