“I have worked in various parts of the world already – met a lot of planners and managed a number of projects. Throughout those years, I have developed and honed my knowledge and skills in managing projects. And also during those times, I noticed that there’s a big gap to fill in how the time aspect of projects is managed. There lacks how project scheduling and planning are implemented, such as: the disconnect with time and cost, and resources; not correctly setting up the Primavera P6; incorrect interpretation of contract specifications; incorrect implementation of delay analysis techniques, and so on. Of course, I did implement the correct approaches to projects I have handled. But I felt like I could do more. I felt like with my own consultancy, I could work with various organizations to, somehow, promote how project planning practices could rightfully, and effectively be implemented. I felt like I have a lot to offer in the industry that no others could.”
